Corridor Property Management is a full-service, full-time property management company designed and tailored to assist and protect the real estate investor and their investment. CPM can handle the property management responsibilities for single-family homes or commercial real estate portfolios including the day-to-day details of property maintenance, tenant issues, paperwork and reports. Full Management: We prepare and fill your vacant units. We provide collection services and handle all tenant issues. We provide detailed monthly statements and disbursement, as well as tax information prepared by our accounting staff.

24 Hr. Maintenance: We have an in-house experienced crew on hand for day-to-day maintenance and repairs and work closely with trusted professional vendors to handle and complete capital renovations.

Tenant Screening: We screen all potential tenants for credit, employment, housing, and other references in order to ensure that only the most qualified tenants are chosen.

Rent Collection/Eviction: We enforce all rules and regulations. We take care of all tenant disputes, service of all notices and evictions, as well as collections. We will advise you of your options to reclaim your property and or any lost rent.

Advertising/Corporate Partnerships: We advertise your vacancies strategically to maximize exposure while keeping costs to a minimum.

Resident Manager Training: We hire, train and supervise all property managers.

Customized Plans:  We will produce management plans based on the property's specific needs.
