Corridor Ventures, Inc. is an entrepreneurial real estate company with vast experience developing, acquiring, financing, re-positioning, and managing real estate assets across the Eastern and Midwestern United States. For the past six years, Corridor’s concentration has been on building its portfolio of multifamily and off-campus student housing, and has bought and sold over $300 million in assets during that period. In the process, Corridor has delivered annualized returns to investors that have averaged over 42% on realized transactions. Currently, Corridor is focused on managing its owned portfolio, building its third-party property and asset management businesses, and leveraging its acquisition and finance experience to expand its portfolio of diversified assets.

Corridor’s deep relationships among banks, brokers, appraisers, lawyers and accountants ensure access to opportunistic deal flow that has never been better. In addition, the company’s growing network of accredited investors and its strong reputation among financial institutions ensures that access to capital remains strong. In the current environment, this translates into growing opportunities for the company to invest in distressed residential real estate, as well as in repositioning and turnaround opportunities among multifamily and student housing properties. Corridor has worked closely and effectively with JV partners, and will continue to seek opportunities to collaborate on transactions with other organizations.

Whether a property is asset-managed and/or property-managed, a senior Corridor executive regularly visits and works with each site to ensure that the asset’s business plans are being optimally executed and periodically updated to reflect market realities.
